Eligibility
Applicants must:
1. be nationals of (or permanently domiciled in) a developing Commonwealth country, and not
currently be living or studying in a developed country (please see the Shared Scholarships
prospectus for a list of eligible countries)
2. hold a first degree at either first or upper second class level
3. be sufficiently fluent in English to pursue the course
4. have not previously studied for one year or more in a developed country
5. be able to confirm in writing that neither they or their families would otherwise be able to pay for the proposed course of study
6. be willing to confirm that they will return to their home country as soon as their period of
study is complete

The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (Operator of the NNPC/SHELL /TEPN/AGIP Joint Venture) Scholarship Scheme offers first year students in all Nigerian universities the opportunity to study with an annual grant from the SPDC Joint Venture for the full duration of their course. The programme aims to promote academic excellence and improve skills among young Nigerians.

2011 NWAG Scholarship (for female Undergraduates)

The Nigerian Women Association of Georgia (NWAG) announced 37 one-time scholarships, one per state of origin as well as one for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), in the amount of fifty thousand Naira each, to Nigerian female, undergraduate students in Nigerian universities.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Addax Petroleum / NNPC Tertiary Institutions National Merit Scholarship Programme 2010/2011 is a scholarship opportunity for use in tertiary institutions in Nigeria - available to all Nigerians.

A) GENERAL ELIGIBILITY:
