The Maltina Teacher of the Year (MTOTY) Competition aims to recognize and celebrate exceptional teachers in Nigeria.

The initiative is open to teachers in ALL secondary schools across the country.

There will be champions from each state of the federation and the FCT from which the overall winner will emerge - State Champions who emerge from the 36 States and the FCT are recognised and rewarded, the National Winners emerge from these State Champions after further assessment.

N20 Million Worth of School Project

Overseas Capacity Development Training and;

Presentation to the Winner's State Government

2. First Runner Up:

N1.5 Million Cash Prize + Presentation to the State Government

3. Second Runner Up:

N1.25 Million Cash Prize + Presentation to the State Government

4. Other Qualified State Champions in 36 States + FCT
